This petition is filed to bring the legal heir of the petitioner on record in the W.P.No.8237 of 2023 in the place of her deceased petitioner, V.Duraisamy

Considering the fact that the petitioner in the writ petition, viz., V.Duraisamy died on 27.09.2023, which is evident from the death certificate and the proposed petitioner, viz., Sumithradevi, is the wife of the deceased, which is also evident from the legalheirship certificate, this petition is allowed.
