ORDER

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will unconditionally withdraw the notice issued to the Advocate Commissioner.

3. However, the petitioner shall cooperate with the Advocate Commissioner to ensure expeditious execution of the warrant issued by this Court and the timely disposal of the matter before the Trial Court.
