(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.,J) Seeking extension of leave already granted by this Court, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the submissions made and taking note of the fact that the earlier order was passed on the premise that the mother of the convict is suffering from cancer coupled with the further development that the uterus has been removed, we are inclined to grant extension of a further period of ten days from 09.10.2020 to 19.10.2020 subject to the same condition imposed in the earlier order. The convict shall return back to the prison on 19.10.2020 at 5.00 p.m.

4.This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

Post the matter 'for reporting compliance' on 28.10.2020.
