Heard Mr.R.Rajesh Vivekanantham, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to survey the land allotted to the petitioner comprised in survey no.133/38, in Iruvelpattu village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Villupuram District and remark the boundaries with the help of the police.

3. According to the petitioner, though she has been granted patta, certain other persons are objecting to the surveying of the petitioner's property and laying boundary stone. It is not known with what right the other persons are objecting. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation to the authority and since the same was not considered, the petitioner has approached this Court.
4. In the representation submitted to the 3rd respondent, dated 03.10.2012, the petitioner states that there are several encroachers, however, without impleading any of the encroachers, as respondents, in this Writ Petition, no positive direction could be granted in this Writ Petition. However, 3rd respondent, Tahsildar, Ulundurpet shall look into the grievance of the petitioner. Accordingly, this Writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to forward a copy of the representation dated 03.10.2012 along with the copy of this order and it is open to the 3rd respondent to consider the same in accordance with law after notice to all the parties including the petitioner. No costs.
