Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India as against the fair order and decretal order of the learned Principal District Munsif of Cuddalore partly allowing I.A.No.354 of 2011 in O.S.No.83 of 2010 by order dated 02.08.2011.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the civil revision petition with liberty to approach the trial Court, with an application for suitable amendment.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. However, I make it clear that the expression 'liberty' should not be construed to be an expression of opinion on the merits of the matter. No costs.
