It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation in Cr.No.1216 of 2014, was completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chengalpattu, on 10.06.2015. Under such circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chengalpattu, is directed to take the final report on file and proceed in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
