There is a delay of 497 days in representing the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.(NPD).SR.No.63272 of 2014.
2.In paragraph no.2 of the affidavit the petitioner has stated that the returned papers got mixed up in his counsel's office and therefore, the same could not be represented in time. 3.Since the delay is on the higher side, in the interest of justice, I am of the view that the same may be condoned on payment of costs. Accordingly, the delay of 497 days is condoned on condition that the petitioner paying a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, it is made clear that the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
4.The petition is ordered.
