[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's father M.Bhawarlal before this Court and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu has been produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur on 08.10.2020 and remanded to judicial custody.
