(CRIME NO.178/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the condition imposed in the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thoursand Only), by way of Demand Draft to the Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Institute Kancheepuram and on such deposit the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a Sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only)with two blood related sureties each for a like sum to the Satisfaction of the Speical Court under EC & NDPS Act Cases, Salem in Crl.OP.12831/2022 order dated 09.06.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S W.

Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 09.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12831 of 2022 i.e., the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), by way of Demand Draft to the Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Institute, Kancheepuram and on such deposit the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two blood related sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Special Court under EC & NDPS Act Cases, Salem.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand only), by way of Demand Draft to the Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Institute, Kancheepuram and on such deposit the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two blood related sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Special Court under EC & NDPS Act Cases, Salem.
