Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.UDAYASELVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time period imposed to the petitioner in the order dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11313 of 2022 to execute sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 20.07.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
