ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police, not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.It is submitted that earlier the complaint was given and the same was taken on file in CSR No.955 of 2018 and that the inquiry was conducted and the same has been closed by the respondent police. This was also informed to this Court when the petitioner moved an anticipatory bail petition before this Court and the same was recorded in Crl.O.P.No.3062 of 2019. 4.The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of the same, the petitioner is being harassed in the name of enquiry by the respondent Police.

5.It is made clear that since the complaint itself has been closed after enquiry, the petitioner cannot be harassed by the respondent Police in the name of enquiry. If at all, there is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

any other complaint filed against the petitioner, the same should be proceeded further by the respondent police only in accordance with law.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
