Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Peace Agreement in Na.Ka.P1.No.4950/2016, dated 07.10.2016 on the file of the 3rd respondent herein and quash the same and consequently

direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide necessary protection for the petitioner, his family members, the clinic staff and his clinic situated at 25/1, Mount Road, Coonoor 643 102 and his situated at No.88 & 89, Gray's Hill, Bedford, Coonoor 643 101.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide necessary protection for the petitioner, his family members, the clinic staff and his clinic situated at 25/1, Mount Road, Coonoor 643 102 and his situated at No.88 & 89, Gray's Hill, Bedford, Coonoor 643 101.

Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 3.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
