C.M.P.No.438 of 2014 in S.A.No.1802 of 2002 has been filed to to condone the delay of 173 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant in the above appeal. 2.C.M.P.No.439 of 2014 in S.A.No.1802 of 2002 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant in the above appeal.
3.C.M.P.No.440 of 2014 in S.A.No.1802 of 2002 has been filed to bring on record the petitioner and the 7th respondent herein as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant in the above appeal. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

ms ordered as prayed for subject to the condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, High Court, Madras within a period of two weeks from the date of this order, failing which these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court. 6.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the above appeal.
