The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the second respondent police to register a case and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondent on 21.09.2014 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
