Based upon the Settlement Deed dated 30.06.2011, the petitioner made a representation on 09.10.2015 seeking to survey and measure the land in SF.No.388, Kallapuram Village, Udumalpet Taluk and SF.No.1371A2, 137-1B and 137-1C, Periyakottai Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District, followed by issuance of patta. As the said representation has not been disposed of, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
