Based upon the Settlement Deed dated 17.03.1978, the petitioner made a representation on 09.10.2015 seeking to survey and measure the land in SF.No.388, Kallapuram Village, Udumalpet Taluk and SF.No.20/B1B and 22/1 in Ellaimarudhur Village, Udumalpet Taluk, followed by issuance of patta. As the said representation has not been disposed of, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
