The petitioners seeks direction upon the respondent/Police to register a case and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of his complaint, dated 21.02.2015. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent-Police that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. In view of the abovesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent-Police is directed to give a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, so as to enable him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
