2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is the case of the prosecution that the victim girl [PW-1] and PW-5 were lovers and were found talking in a secluded place. This was taken advantage of by the petitioner herein, who ravished PW-1 resulting in his conviction and sentence.

4. Taking into consideration the gravity of the allegation, we are not inclined to grant suspension of sentence and bail to the petitioner herein.
