O R D E R

The matter in issue pertains to payment of the subsistence allowance and alleging violation of the order dated 07.03.2013 in W.P.No.2819 of 2013.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the contempt petitioner is no more and prays for liberty to submit a representation for payment of arrears of subsistence allowance to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

3.The Court heard the submissions of the learned Government Government on the above submission.

4. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed.

However, the legal representatives of the petitioner are at liberty to give representation to respondents 1 and 2 for payment of arrears of subsistence allowance, if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a further period of four weeks

thereafter and intimate the same to the legal representatives of the contempt petitioner.
