These petitions have been filed (I) to condone the delay of 382 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant and (iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

2. Heard the counsel for the parties.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, these petitions are ordered.
