From the records it is seen that a representation has been made seeking change of patta allegedly wrongly given as Mayanam (Burial Ground). The representation made by the petitioner has also been forwarded to the Tahsildar, viz., the respondent no.4. As despite the same no further progress has been made, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.4 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd party, if so required.
