Mr.P.Rajsharath, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has been promoted to the post of Manager in the year 2023-2024, as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration and thus, the writ petition has become infructuous.
