2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint dated 16.02.2015 given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same has been closed.
