Respondents/Respondents Appeal preferred under Clause 15 of Letters Patent against the order dated 19.03.2012 in W.P.No.26802 of 2011. as against the Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ in the Nature of declaration, Declaring the orders of rejection passed by the respondent Board dated 31.03.2005 and 28.04.2004 are illegal and consequently direct the respondent to give the benefits given in the orders passed by this Honourable Court in W.P.No.25926 of 2010 this court by order dated 25/11/2010 and provide job assistance on compassionate grounds.
