Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent pertaining vide Check Slip No.02/2018 dated 18.05.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to accept, register and return the sale deed dated 18.05.2018 to the purchaser in respect of property measuring an extent of 1125 sq.ft., bearing Plot No.53 of the layout 'Zenith High-Tech City', situated in S.No.114/9 and 113/1 of Kandarkula Manikkam Village, Sankagiri Taluk, Salem District, without reference to any communication of the second respondent. When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. He has also made the following endorsement:

"Since the 2nd respondent has issued NOC for registering the Sale Deed and the 1st respondent has registered the sale deed, nothing survives for adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The W.P. may be closed as infructuous."

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
