Respondents in all CRPs Common Prayer:- Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the docket order dated 25.02.2025, 19.03.2025, 25.02.2025 & 25.02.2025 respectively in EP.Nos.92, 102, 100 & 99 of 2024 respectively in RTLOP.Nos.92, 93, 89 & 90 of 2023 respectively on the file of the learned X Small Causes Court, Chennai (Rent Court).

Mr.K.V.Sundararajan COMMON ORDER Challenging the impugned orders ordering police aided and break open to execute the warrant issued by the executing court, the present revisions have been filed.
2. When the revisions were taken up on earlier occasion on
30.04.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner intends to vacate the premises on or before 30.06.2025 and sought time to file an affidavit of undertaking. The relevant paragraph of the common order dated reads as follows:
" Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have intended to vacate the premises and he would only seek time till 30.06.2025. He would further submit that the petitioners are ready to file an undertaking affidavit with regard to the same in the course of the day"
3. In pursuant to the above order, the undertaking affidavits have been filed by the petitioners before this Court, wherein, it is admitted by the petitioners that they will vacate the premises or or before 09.06.2025, however, now the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks extension of time for vacating and handing over the premises till 15.075.2025 and submitted that the petitioners will not challenge the order any-more.
4. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that if the petitioner really intends to vacate on 15.07.2025, the respondent has no say.
5. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is
extended to the petitioners to vacate the premises on or before 15.07.2025. It is made clear that if the petitioners are not complying with the undertaking given before this Court, the Executing Court shall immediately proceed and effect delivery. Further, the petitioners will also be proceeded for violating the undertaking given before this Court. The Executing Court is directed to keep the execution proceedings in abeyance till 15.07.2025.
7. In view of the above, these revision stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed. 10.06.2025 dhk Internet : Yes Index : Yes/No Speaking order / Nonspeaking order N. SATHISH KUMAR, J.
