(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR.J.,) The petition has been filed to condone the delay of 68 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment dated 31.01.2024 in O.P.No.3524 of 2017.

2. Mr.A.M.Ilango, learned counsel, who is before this Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submits that he has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and with an intention of giving opportunity to the appellant to agitate his rights and contentions on merits, we are inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
