PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to forthwith register the marriage of the Petitioner with Mrs.Pramila as having taken place on 18.06.1969 without reference to the age limit of Mrs.Pramila and to consequently issue certificate to the said effect so as to enable the petitioner to further process with the 'dependant Visa'.
