ORDER

three FIRs pending against the petitioner and there is no threat against the petitioner as put forth by him.

2. In such view of the matter, when the cases lodged by the petitioner as well as the counter petitioners, one way or the other, are pending, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. At this stage of the matter, it would not be proper to invoke the jurisdiction of 482 Cr.PC to grant police protection sought for by the petitioner.
