The petitioner made a representation on 29.09.2015 seeking to survey and measure the land in Survey No. 88/2A1, Jameen Elampalli Village, Paramathi Velur Taluk, Namakkal District, followed by issuance of patta. As the said representation has not been disposed of, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 29.09.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
