The Chief Educational Officer of Thiruvallur District is the fourth respondent in this writ petition has issued a show cause notice to the petitioner's institute on 11.05.2019 seeking explanation as to why the institute should not be closed down for want of recognition. The petitioner institute has given a detailed explanation on 20.05.2019 along with their application for recognition.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the fourth respondent has received the explanation along with the documents and the same will be processed and appropriate orders will be passed, till then no action has been taken on the petitioner's institute based on the show cause notice.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. The fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
