Petition for relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5863 of 2015 dated 10.03.2015.

2. As per the orders of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5863 of 2015, dated 10.03.2015, petitioners are staying in Chengalput and appearing before the Inspector of Police, Chengalput Town Police Station daily at 10.30a.m. There is no report of deviation in complying with the said condition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are having family and they are the sole bread winners of the family.

4. I am satisfied with the reasons stated.

5. Such condition is modified to the effect that "petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30a.m. for four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation."
