B.S.Arunprakash ..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the first respondent passed in Ni.Mu.No.E5/6350/2011, dated 23.11.2012 and quash the same and consequently directing the first respondent to include the name of the petitioners in the patta in respect of property in R.S.No.593/3D1 and 593/2, New Re-Survey No.H/10/28 in Ooty Town and Taluk, Nilgiris District.
