C.M.P.Nos.44 to 46 of 2014 in S.A.No.137 of 2000 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1048 days in abatement caused due to the death of 3rd respondent herein; to set aside the abatement caused by the death of 3rd respondent and to bring on record the proposed respondents namely 1.Kanniammal 2. Devendran 3. K.Udhayasankar 4. Nalini herein as L.Rs of the 3rd respondent herein and rank them 4 to 7. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner reported that the first respondent is dead.

3.Heard both sides. There is no objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondents.

4.Upon hearing the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, all these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed as prayed for.
