ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondents 4 and 5 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.03.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner reveals that the petitioner is working as Sanitary Worker in the

fifth respondent School for the past several years. However, his service was not regularised so far. Admittedly, the petitioner was not appointed in the regular vacant sanctioned post through proper channel. Therefore, the request made by the petitioner cannot be considered.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
