ORDER
This petition has been filed to Call for the records in C.C.No.30 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate-II, Chidambaram and quash the same as illegal to secure the ends of justice.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been convicted on 08.07.2017 in the above case by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chidambaram as such the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
