It is brought to the notice of this Court that the order dated 08.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15592 of 2022, the Crime Number has been erroneously stated in Paragraph 1 as Crime No.1761 of 2022 instead of Crime No.1761 of 2021 Accordingly, the following correction shall be incorporated in the order: In paragraph No.1, instead of "The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1) (aaa) 4(1-A) Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act read with Sections 4 and 5 of the Tamil Nadu Rectified Spirit Rules, 2000 in Crime No.1761 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.".

it should be corrected as, "The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1) (aaa) 4(1-A) Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act read with Sections 4 and 5 of the Tamil Nadu Rectified Spirit Rules, 2000 in Crime No.1761 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.".

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the Order dated 08.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15592 of 2022 and issue fresh order copy.

4. The time for the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as directed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.No.15592 of 2022 dated 08.07.2022 is extended, till 28.10.2022.
