The order dated 17.06.2019, shall be replaced as follows "This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the Judicial Magistrate of Juvenile Justice Board, Coimbatore District to conduct the trial and dispose of the case in JC.26/2013, in Crime No.1577 of 2011 on the file of the respondent.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate of Juvenile Justice Board, Coimbatore District to complete the trial in JC.26/2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
