This application has been filed praying to direct the respondent to furnish security for amount of Rs.2,45,729/- to secure the amount due as security.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that now the arbitration proceedings is pending.

3. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that such relief of interim measure can be sought before the learned Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Act. Accordingly, a liberty is granted to the applicant to approach the Tribunal for the interim measure, if required.
