Prayer: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate actions against the 12th to 16th respondents premises at 1) No.116/69 Seven Wells Street 2) Door No.111/53 Seven Wells Street Chennai-1 3) No.33 Malayappan Street Mannady Chennai- 1 4) No.78 Acharappan Street George Town Chennai-1 and 5) No. 125/2 (34/2) Varadha Muthiappan Street Chennai-1 and demolish the illegal construction built in violation of the sanctioned plan and also take appropriate action against the 5th 6th and 7th respondents for giving illegal water and sewerage connection by this respective departments in respect of the said illegal construction and others of utilities.
