The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 392, 397, 506(2) of IPC, in Crime No.369 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that, on 31.05.2022, the petitioner along with other accused waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.2,500/- by showing knife. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
