When the matter was taken up for hearing in the morning on 29.10.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was passed over. Again, when the matter was taken up for hearing in the afternoon on 29.10.2015, there was no representation for the second time. However, in order to give one more opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed next week. On 05.11.2015, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 17.11.2015. Even to day, though the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
