O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the first respondent. There is no appearance for the respondents 2 and 3.

2. This writ petition has been filed, praying that this court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner, for the allotment of quarters.

3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel, appearing for the first respondent has submitted that the petitioner has sent a representation, dated 5.10.2015, to the second respondent, instead of the first respondent. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to submit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a fresh representation seeking allotment of quarters to the first respondent, within fifteen days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as to the other persons, if any, within four weeks thereafter, on merits and in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
