Prayer: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to Re-instate the petitioner as an Associate Professor forthwith and regularize his services from the date of initial appointment with consequential service benefits pay salary @ Rs.45,000/- per month to the petitioner for the period from May 2015 till the actual date of reinstatement and pay arrears of Rs.90,000/- for the period between October 2013 to December 2013 at the rate of Rs.30,000/- p.m. being the difference between the promised pay and the actual pay costs incurred for this legal proceeding.

ORDER

On the previous date of hearing, the following order was passed; "The relief insofar it relates to reinstatement and the return of original certificates does not survive for consideration since the petitioner is gainfully employed in another college/university, and all the original certificates have been handed over to the petitioner. However, the petitioner has produced a bank statement to substantiate that the full salary has not been paid, and only a partial salary has been paid.

2. Therefore, the respondent-Institution is directed to pay the arrears of salary amounting to Rs.90,000/- to the petitioner, before the next hearing.

3. Post the matter on 16.12.2025 under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2. In compliance of the previous order the respondent-Institution has paid a sum of Rs.90,000/- to the petitioner towards full and final settlement.

3. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
