ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and property namely Western 740 sq.ft out of 1702 sq.ft situated in S.No.84 of 1A, Naravarikuppam Village, Madhavaram Taluk, Thiruvallur District pursuant to the decree dated 18.03.1997 passed in O.S.No.889 of 1997 by the learned District Munsif Court, Thiruvotriyur.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
