This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue a direction directing the first respondent herein to conduct enquiry in Crime No.563 of 2021 on the file of the third respondent herein registered in relation to the unnatural death of the petitioner's daughter viz., Manjula D/o. Rajendran, in view of Section 174 of the Criminal Procedure Code. 2.The learned Government Advocate [Criminal side] appearing for the respondents submits that investigation in this case is almost completed and within a period of one month final report will be filed. In view of the same nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
