This application has been filed for extension of Mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that they have no objection in allowing this application.

3. In spite of the service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents 5 and 6. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the respondents 5 and 6 had not even appeared before the learned Arbitrator.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitrator for a period of 6 months.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the Mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by the learned Arbitrator.
