Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue work site inspection certificate to the petitioner for the tender notification in Tender Notice No.02/2025-2026/SDO/Dated 03.04.2025 of the 2nd respondent forthwith.

Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue work site inspection certificate to the petitioner for the tender notification in Tender Notice No.01/2025-2026/SDO/Dated 02.04.2025 of the 2nd respondent forthwith.

2.The prayer, that is made is to issue work site inspection certificate. In respect of tender notice No.01/2025-2026/SDO, dated 02.04.2025 and tender notice No.2/2025-2026/SDO, dated 03.04.2025, the bidders have to submit the work site inspection. The petitioner has already inspected the work site and sought for the site inspection certificate. Till date it has not been issued to the petitioner.
3.Mr.V.Manoharan, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes 3/6
notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.
4. In view of innocuous prayer, that is made, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
(i)Since the last date for submission of the bid is said to be 28.04.2025, on or before 05.00 p.m, on 27.04.2025, the third respondent shall issue certificate to the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to upload the same. (ii)Mr.V.Manoharan, the learned Additional Government Pleader is directed to inform the third respondent without waiting for the copy of the order from this Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
