ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, to expedite the case within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are totally eleven accused persons in this case. Out of which, only one of the accused persons has been granted bail and the rest of the accused persons are still in judicial custody. The learned counsel further submitted that the case is posted for appearance of the accused persons today before the Sessions Court.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

4.There shall be a direction to the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruvellore, to complete the proceedings by conducting the trial on day-to-day basis, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
