ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with the first information report in Crime No.170 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent herein and quash the same against the petitioner/2nd accused as illegal and improper.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and final report is ready and it would be filed before the concerned Court, once certificate under Section 65B of Indian Evidence Act is obtained from the Bank.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that, investigation in this case is completed and final report is ready, this Court is not inclined to quash the first information report in Crime No.170 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent.
